Medzi povolen\u00e9 zeleninu patria aj huby, pozor nesu\u0161en\u00e9, no ke\u010f\u017ee ja huby ur\u010dite nepoklad\u00e1m za zeleninu, tak ich spom\u00ednam mimo zoznamu zeleniny. Dopria\u0165 si ich v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eete, a to v neobmedzenom mno\u017estve. Extr\u00e9mne to s nimi v\u0161ak nepreh\u00e1\u0148ajte, preto\u017ee huby predstavuj\u00fa z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e na pe\u010de\u0148. Povolen\u00e9 koreniny a in\u00e9 doplnky:Kvalitn\u00fd olivov\u00fd olej, so\u013e, \u010dierne korenie (v rozumnom mno\u017estve), v\u0161etky ostatn\u00e9 koreniny, ak\u00e9ko\u013evek \u010derstv\u00e9 alebo su\u0161en\u00e9 bylinky.  Neviem ako vy, ale suroviny, ktor\u00e9 som vy\u0161\u0161ie vymenovala, mne osobne \u00faplne posta\u010duj\u00fa na pr\u00edpravu v\u0161akovak\u00fdch chutn\u00fdch polievok.
